| 摘 要： | 通过在多元语境中对信息公平内涵的阐释，指出信息公平是在一定的社会历史条件下，社会主体在信息活动领域中合理地分配信息利益和责任而形成的一种社会关系状态，并提出践行信息公平的基本原则，即“人是目的”、“正义之平等”以及“利益平衡”原则，进而建构信息公平本体论的认知图式。

| Abstract: | Through explaining the connotations of information fairness in multiple context，the paper points out that information fairness is the status of social relation which is formed in the process that social subject rationally distribute interests and responsibilities of information in the field of information activity, under given social historical conditions. Moreover, it puts forward three basic principles of exercising information fairness: “Man as Basic Principle”,“Equity as Justice” and “Interests Balance”, and then constructs the cognitive ontology schemata of information fairness. |
