This article, from the experience of practice of documentation and information service, expounds briefly the statutory extent of protection for softwares, the requisitions, the right of copyright owners, the possession and protective periods of copyright, the registration of softwares, the injuries to the copyright of softwares and legal liabilities and other legal issues in China. |
