| 摘 要： | 对1996-2008年国外主要学术期刊发表的研究成果进行总结，归纳出图书馆管理研究的6个重点方面：图书馆组织、人员等问题；图书馆管理引入的其他领域相关理论和方法；图书馆业务方面的问题；数字图书馆的专门研究；图书馆知识管理研究和图书馆多元文化服务的研究。这些问题反映了国外图书馆管理研究的进展。

These topics reflect recent advances in this field in foreign countries. |
