| 摘 要： | 通过对60家企业进行调查，从数据源、系统功能、性能以及检索效果等方面对企业信息检索系统的需求进行实证分析，并将其与企业发展现状进行对比，指出目前存在的缺陷，并提出6点建议：以人为中心；提高高级检索和文件类型检索的开发力度；增强多媒体文件的检索效率；拓展全文检索、自动摘要检索及文件关联检索的应用；提高信息检索系统的智能性、检准率和检全率。

| Abstract: | Through the investigation of 60 enterprises, this paper discusses the demand characteristics of enterprise information retrieval systems from data source,system function, performance and retrieval effec,and compares the present status of the system with the requirements. It points out some defects of the existing system and makes the following recommendations by comparison: taking the human as the center; strengthening the development dynamics in advanced search and file type search; enhancing retrieval efficiency of multimedia files; expanding the application of full-text search, automatic summarization and file relation; improving the intelligence, precision and recall of the retrieval system. |
