| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the copyright of institutional repository. It begins with a brief introduction of the current research both at home and abroad and points out that the domestic research is just in an early stage. And then the paper analyzes the frame of copyright including the proof in laws and the ownership of resources in the repository. Finally the paper discusses how to apply open license in the institutional repository, in the hope that this may guide for ways to solve the copyright problem of it. |
