摘    要:目的/意义]高校图书馆员的岗位胜任力是信息时代高校图书馆生存发展的生命线,高校图书馆员胜任力体系的构建对高校图书馆人力资源管理与图书馆可持续发展具有重要的研究意义与应用价值。方法/过程]依据胜任力理论和Kano模型,通过文献分析法选取胜任力要素并借助问卷调查对数据进行统计分析。结果/结论]从知识、能力、意识3个维度构建高校图书馆员胜任力体系,将胜任力要素归纳为两个层次共32项指标,并对馆员的基准性胜任力要素和鉴别性胜任力要素进行甄别。

Abstract:Purpose/significance] In the information age,the competency of university librarians is the lifeline of university libraries for survival and development. The competency system construction of university librarians has important research significance and application value for the university library human resource management and the sustainable development of libraries.Method/process] Based on the competency theory and Kano model, this paper identified the essential factor by the means of literature analysis, and then analyzed the data by a questionnaire survey.Result/conclusion] The university librarians' competence system is constructed based on three dimensions of knowledge, ability and consciousness, tthe factors of which were established and summarized into two levels of a total of 32 indicators. Finally, the threshold competence of the university librarians and the differentiating competence of the university librarians are distinguished.
