摘    要:目的/意义]从个体和组织的角度开展调查并评估研究生信息素养现状与需求,提出建设信息素质教育课程的对策建议.方法/过程]通过随机调查问卷和定向电话访谈两种方式分别对首都师范大学研究生及其培养与管理单位进行调查,分析研究生在科研信息检索、获取、评价、使用、管理和传播等信息行为中的现状、不足与需求.结果/结论]调查表明,研究生具有一定的信息基础,但整体信息素养水平偏低;研究生、培养单位和管理单位都对信息素养课程有明确而强烈的需求.针对现状和需求,从课程类型、内容、教学模式与评价等方面提出对策建议.

Abstract:Purpose/significance] The status and demanding survey of postgraduate on information literacy is carried out and evaluated from the perspective of individual and organization. And then the suggestions on curriculum countermeasure are present in this article.Method/process] The random questionnaire survey and directional interview survey is conducted respectively for postgraduate and departments of Capital Normal University. And the normal behavior, insufficiency and demanding of the postgraduates in retrieval, access, evaluation, use, management, and dissemination of scientific information are analyzed.Result/conclusion] It shows that the postgraduate have certain information basis but low information level, the postgraduate and the school system indicated clear and strong demanding. The information literacy curriculum needs the overall consideration of curriculum type, content, teaching mode and evaluation, etc.
