| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]为提高读者对馆藏资源可获得性感知的程度,设计5级里克特量表,以探寻可获得性感知的影响因素、影响机理及影响因素间的内在关联性.方法/过程]采用等比例分层抽样方法获得282份有效问卷,对问卷数据进行数据挖掘和回归分析.结果/结论]分析结果表明,馆藏资源可获得性感知水平与读者对图书馆的宣传、培训和馆藏资源这三者的满意度都分别有显著的正相关关系,宣传的满意度对可获得性感知的影响最为重要,宣传、培训和馆藏资源的满意度两两之间对馆藏资源可获得性感知都分别有相互促进的交互效应.这些分析结果为提高读者的感知程度,提供了充分的科学依据.

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] To improve the level of the availability perception of library resources, we use 5-level Likert Scale to explore the factors that influence the availability perception of library resources, influence mechanism and the inherent relevance among these factors. Method/process] Proportional stratified sampling is used and 282 valid questionnaires are obtained, and questionnaire data are analyzed through data mining models and regression model.Result/conclusion] The results show that there are significant positive correlations among the availability perception of library resources and the satisfaction of library propaganda, library training and library resources respectively; the satisfaction of library propaganda is now the most important factor for the availability perception; there are mutual promoting effects to the availability perception of library resources among the satisfaction of library propaganda, library training and library resources respectively. These findings provide sufficient scientific basis for improving the reader's perception. |
