| 摘 要： | 目的/意义] 面向国家智库建设,探讨图书情报机构的支持作用与服务创新。方法/过程] 采用文献调研法和案例分析法,搜集国内外图书情报机构支持智库建设的相关文献,通过典型案例分析比较智库建设与图书情报机构支持之间存在的问题,指出图书情报机构如何立足自身优势、汇集资源、建立智库话语权、统筹推进,充分发挥图书情报机构在智库建设中的前端作用和决策咨询等作用。结果/结论] 图书情报机构在智库时代应该充分认识到自己的使命担当,积极向智库的个性化服务转型创新,搭建智库联盟信息平台,对智库产品进行营销和推广,在新常态下通过各种措施助推中国智库新格局的形成。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] The article studies the supporting role and service innovation of library and information agencies in the state think tank building.Method/process] Using the research methods of literature analysis and case analysis, it collects the relevant documents in the field that the library and information agencies at home and abroad support the think tank building, and analyses the issues between the state think tank building and the library and information agency supporting through typical cases. It points out the way that the library and information agencies marshal their resources, construct the think tank discourse power, and play a role in leading the think tank building and decision-making consultation based on their own advantages.Result/conclusion] The library and information agencies should fully realize their mission in the think tank era, actively turn to personalized service, build the information platform of think tank alliance, promote and extend the think tank products, and boost the new think tank pattern of China through various measures under the new normal. |
