摘    要:目的/意义] 从用户感知视角对档案网站服务质量评价进行分析与研究,为档案网站界面设计、技术支持及服务质量的改进提供理论支持和参考。方法/过程] 通过前期结果调研构建档案网站服务质量评价预设体系,借助SPSS19.0对调查问卷的有效样本进行探索性因子分析,借助该方法对预设体系进行两次修正,并对修正后评价体系进行分析讨论。结果/结论] 构建档案网站服务质量评价体系,该评价体系可从用户感知角度全面衡量档案网站的服务效果。

Abstract:Purpose/significance] To analyze the service quality evaluation of archive websites from the perspective of user perception, and provides theoretical support and reference for the improvement of interface design, technical support and service quality.Method/process] The pre-set system of the service quality of the archive websites was constructed by the preliminary results. The SPSS 19.0 was used to analyze the effective samples of the questionnaire. The method was used to modify the pre-set system twice. Then the post-revision evaluation system is analyzed and discussed.Result/conclusion] Finally the service quality evaluation system of archive websites was built, which can measure the service effect of archives website from the perspective of user perception.
