摘    要:目的/意义] 针对信息技术环境下移动图书馆服务质量的问题,探究用户的技术焦虑对移动图书馆服务质量的影响机理,建立技术焦虑对移动图书馆服务质量影响的中介模型,引导图书馆更好地开展移动信息服务,提高服务质量。方法/过程] 以用户参与为中介变量,分析技术焦虑与用户参与、移动图书馆服务质量的作用关系并构建研究模型,通过分析调研数据对模型进行严格的实证检验。结果/结论] 结果表明,技术焦虑对用户参与存在显著的反向作用,用户参与对移动图书馆服务质量存在显著正向作用,技术焦虑以用户参与为部分中介对移动图书馆服务质量产生反向作用,技术焦虑的个人维度对移动图书馆服务质量的影响比图书馆维度更显著。

Abstract:Purpose/significance] This paper establishes a mediation model between the technology anxiety triggered by technical factors and the mobile library service quality in the new information environment, so as to explore the effect mechanism of the technology anxiety on the mobile library service quality and guide the libraries to develop mobile information services and improve services quality.Method/process] This paper introduced the user participation, and analyzed the relationship between the technology anxiety and the user participation. Regression analysis was taken to check the scientificity of the mediation model.Result/conclusion] The result shows that the technology anxiety has a significant negative effect on the user participation; the user participation has a significant positive effect on the mobile library service quality; the technology anxiety has a negative effect on the mobile library service quality mediated by the user participation; individual dimension has more effect than library dimension on the mobile library service quality.
