创新领军人才的知识服务需求研究

摘    要:目的/意义] 研究大学图书馆特定用户行为需求,针对创新领军人才的知识服务需求展开调研分析,为大学图书馆的知识服务实践制订服务策略。方法/过程] 通过对有代表性创新领军人才的问卷调研,以半结构化的访谈形式以及文献调研和典型案例,从文献、用户和图书馆服务3个视角透析创新领军人才的知识需求特征、动机和信息利用行为及其相关影响因素,为制订服务策略提供依据。结果/结论] 创新领军人才对知识服务有更为深入和迫切的需求,大学图书馆对目标用户开展知识服务需求调研和访谈,深入分析创新领军人才的特殊需求和普遍需求,找准服务需求切入点,制订潜力挖掘、实时跟踪、精准深化的服务策略,对图书馆未来知识服务的价值提升与发展有一定启示意义。

Abstract:Purpose/significance] This paper investigates into the demand from the university library's target users, understanding and analyzing innovative leading talents' demands for university library's intellectual service, in order to work out service strategies for university libraries.Method/process] On the basis of a questionnaire and some interviews with representative leading innovative talents, and typical case analysis, this paper looks into, from the three perspective of documents, users, and university library service, the characteristics and motivation of leading innovative talents' demand for university library's intellectual service, their behavior of information use, and some relevant factors that influence their behavior. Result/conclusion] Compared with other staff members, innovative leading talents have more specific and more urgent demands for intellectual service, so the university library should investigate and interview the target user and identify their special and general demands. The university library should timely identify the target user's most urgent demands, also work out effective service strategies by exploring the library's potential capacity and closely follow up the demands from the leading innovative talents. The survey and result presented in this paper are very significant for promoting the value of university libraries' intellectual service and deciding on the right direction of that service.
