| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]梳理国内外数字图书馆用户使用意愿影响因素的研究成果,为数字图书馆的建设实践和用户行为的理论研究提供参考。方法/过程]通过调研数字图书馆用户接受、采纳和持续使用研究的相关文献,总结数字图书馆用户使用意愿的理论模型,分析用户在使用数字图书馆过程中态度和行为的变化过程和影响因素。结果/结论]TAM被广泛应用于数字图书馆用户使用意愿的研究中,个体因素、系统因素、情境因素和认知因素是影响用户使用意愿的主要方面,但影响的具体过程和规律还有待深入探讨和证实,应进一步从模型构建、研究视角和研究方法等层面对研究成果进行创新和完善,形成具有领域特征的用户使用意愿理论模型。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] This research aims to summarize all studies on the factors of using intention in digital library, and provide some advice for the construction of digital libraries and the theoretical study of user behavior. Method/process] By investigating the literature about digital library users' acceptance, adoption, and continuance intention, this paper concluded the theoretical models in current research, analyzed the influencing factors and the change rules of users' attitudes and behaviors during using digital library. Result/conclusion] TAM is widely used in the study on digital library users' intention. Individual factors, system factors, contextual factors, and cognitive factors are the main factors influencing users' intention to use, but the specific processes and rules of these effects have not been resolved. So, the research results should be further discussed and improved from the aspects of influencing factors, research perspectives and research methods, and a representative theoretical model of intention of using in digital libraries should be presented. |
