| 摘 要： | 从理论层面分析目前我国电子信息资源管理存在的4对内在矛盾:资源共享与数字鸿沟的矛盾、网络开放与信息障碍的矛盾、知识产权保护与合理使用的矛盾、资源配置与重复建设的矛盾。指出矛盾的实质，进而从操作层面探讨解决问题的对策，以期促进和推动我国电子信息资源管理沿着正确的轨道发展。

A Probe into Four Pairs of Inherent Contradictions and Analysis on Electronic Information |

| Abstract: | In the electronic information resource management there exist four pairs of inherent contradictions in our country, which include the resources sharing and digital gaps, network opening and information barriers, property right protection and reasonable uses, resources disposition and repetition construction. By analyzing these four pairs of contradictions, the paper shows the essence of the controdictories. Then it proposes some countermeasures to solve the problems in order to promote and impel electronic information resource management in our country reasonably. |
