| 摘 要： | 企业战略信息资源管理以信息资源作为主要研究对象，包含数据、信息、知识三方面内容，依据这三个层次的相互区别及有机联系，认为企业信息资源战略管理主要由数据、信息、知识这三个层次构成，并对每一层次的实施重点做了具体分析。认为数据层需重视数据流的畅通、信息层要重视信息需求分析与共享、知识层则侧重于知识的传递与应用，只有通过三方面内容的有机结合，才能保证企业信息资源战略目标的实现。

| Abstract: | The strategic management of enterprise information resources consists of data, information and knowledge. Due to their different characteristics and roles, the enterprises should make sure the focus of management in each part when they lay out the information strategic plan. The smooth data flow, the information needs analysis and sharing as well as the application and delivery of knowledge are the key points for the level of data, information and knowledge respectively. The combination of the three parts will be the guarantee of achieving the goals of enterprise information resources management and the overall strategies of the enterprises. |
