| 摘 要： | 对个体知识分享行为的理论阐释可以说明其产生的动因，发现内外影响因素。基于心理学理论的阐释可以说明分享行为产生的心理动因；基于社会学、经济学理论的阐释，可以说明影响个体动因和行为产生的外部环境因素；基于多理论视角的阐释，可以综合考察和分析各种影响个体知识分享行为的因素及其作用机理。理论研究的成果有助于构建利于知识分享的环境机制。

| Abstract: | The theoretical clairvoyance to individual's knowledge sharing can explain the reason of its arising, and can help to find the influencing factors. Explanations based Psychology show the psychological motivation; explanations based Sociology or Economics analyze the contextual factors which affect the motivation; explanations based multi theories can systematically review all the factors and their functional mechanism. The theoretical findings can help us construct the promoting context. |
