| 摘 要： | 作为竞争情报的一个子集，技术竞争情报正成为国内情报学领域的研究热点之一。除了技术竞争情报的相关理论研究之外，企业CTI工作模式也成为了研究者关注的焦点之一。本文以互联网行业为背景，分析了互联网行业的特点以及传统的CTI赫林模型在互联网行业应用中的缺陷，并在此基础之上提出了一个进化模型。

| Abstract: | Competitive technology intelligence, as a subset of information intelligence, is becoming a hotspot in domestic intelligence field. In addition to theoretical research, CTI mode applied in enterprises has also become a focus of attention for the researchers. In this paper, we set the Internet industry as the background, analyze the characteristics of this industry and the defects of traditional CTI Herring model while applied in the Internet industry, and then propose an evolved model. |
