| 摘 要： | 介绍国内外图书馆志愿者活动的实践情况、活动内容和作用，从制度、志愿者素质、志愿者福利、信息保密等方面指出目前图书馆志愿者管理存在的不足，并结合实际对改进图书馆志愿者的管理提出建议。认为在资金短缺、人力资源有限的情况下，图书馆开展志愿者活动具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The paper briefly introduces the development and present situation of volunteer activities at home and abroad, as well as the content of library volunteer activities and their effects on libraries. Then it illustrates the problems of the current volunteer management in libraries from the system, the quality and the welfare of volunteers, and from the viewpoint of information secrecy. In addition, some recommendations are given on how to improve the library volunteer management. |
