| 摘 要： | 信息资源分布于不同地区、行业和组织之中，其配置过程受到多元配置主体的共同作用，必须经过多方协同运作才能实现最终配置目标。运用协同学基本原理，以科学的协同观为主导，分析了信息资源协同配置系统的组成要素，在此基础上制定出具体的信息资源协同配置机制，促进了信息资源与社会、经济、创新的协同发展。

| Abstract: | Information resources distributed on different regions, industries and organizations, and its allocation process is influenced by multi-configuration. To achieve the final allocation target, it must be multi-operation. Use of basic tenets of the scientific and concept of synergy-oriented, analyzed of the information resource synergetic allocation system components, and based with the framework, the establishment of specific information resources with configuration mechanism for the information resources with the society, economic and innovative synergetic development. |
