| 摘 要： | 企业危机的发生不可避免，而预防是解决危机的最好办法。因此，如何获取有效的信息并及时提炼和分析就成为危机预警的核心。危机管理中心的信息预警工作不仅仅是一个事项或环境，它渗透与企业的日常活动之中，企业必须建立合理的组织结构，培养专门的信息预警人员从事信息预警活动，借助自动化的预警信息系统提高反应速度，并针对肯能出现的偏差及时加以控制。以上的因素协同作用，构成一种“防护伞模型”的信息预警机制。

| Abstract: | Prevention is the best solution to the crisis management of enterprises.It is very necessary to establish reasonable information management mechanism,which will help enterprises obtain effective and timely informations and analyze these informations to prevent crises.The information early-warning mechanism of enterprise crisis prevention is similar to "protective umbrella"which integrates organizations,technology systems and deviation control. |
