| 摘 要： | 在对柳州市社区图书馆进行全面调查分析之后，文章提出了社区图书馆因无法可依而导致面临一系列的发展危机。为保障社区图书馆的可持续发展，制定社区图书馆的评估标准已势在必行，必需把社区图书馆纳入公共图书馆评估体系当中，定期对社区图书馆进行全面的评估。首先要成立社区图书馆管理和监督机构并赋予其一定权力，其次要出台一系列的管理办法、规章制度及建设标准，最后是构建一套科学的评估体系。通过评估，把社区图书馆的建设推上新阶段。

Drawing up estimate system to promote community libraries develop healthy |

| Abstract: | After investigating and analyzing all community libraries in Liuzhou, the text points that community libraries face a series of developing crisis because of lacking related laws and regulations. For ensuring community libraries’ sustained development, it’s imperative to draw up estimate standard of community libraries and put community libraries into public library’s estimate system, estimating regularly community libraries in full. First an organization of community library management and supervise should be founded and granted some power, second a series of management methods, regulations and systems, and constructing standard. Finally a set scientific estimate system should be built up. Estimating would push community libraries’ construct to a new stage. |
