| 摘 要： | 介绍湖南省高校图书馆数字资源建设基本情况，指出湖南省高校图书馆数字资源建设存在着图书馆协作能力不强， 数字资源建设滞后，缺乏相应的宣传和服务等不足，提出以“湖南省高校数字图书馆”建设项目为契机，共建湖南省高校图书馆联合书目数据库、建立湖南省数字信息资源保障体系、坚持数字资源自主权等建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation and statistics of the digital resources distribution and types in university libraries of Hunan Province, this paper analyzes the following existing problems such as a lower rate connection, out-of-date digital resources construction, and less information services etc. It is proposed that it is necessary to construct joint databases and unified security resource systems and to stick to develop databases independently. |
