| 摘 要： | 企业孵化器作为高新技术产业发展的重要载体，在科技创新和社会经济发展中起到了重要的作用。近几年，安徽省孵化器发展迅猛，但是在其发展过程中存在着一定的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁因素，优势和劣势、机遇和威胁之间也存在着互相转化的互动关系。本文运用SWOT法对安徽省孵化器发展的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行具体分析，进而企业孵化器的发展提出若干对策建议。

| Abstract: | The incubator is regarded as the important carriers of development of new high-tech industry，play an important role in scientific innovation and social economic development In recent years, the incubator of Anhui Province is developed violently, but there are certain strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for the development of incubator in Anhui Province. Among the four factors, they transform and react each other as well. This paper use SWOT method to analyse the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for the development of incubator in Anhui Province. And then proposes several countermeasures and suggestions about the developing of the incubator. |
