| 摘 要： | 通过对NSF、NSERC、DFG、RAE、JSPS等国外基础性研究评价活动机构的考察，从评价方式、项目目标评价、“小人物”申请、专家队伍建设、交叉学科、营造宽松创新环境等几方面分析了基础性科学研究评价的问题。结合我国基础性科学研究评价的现状，从情报学的角度出发，找出存在的问题，并提出改进措施。

| Abstract: | According to the issue of fundamental science research evaluation, this paper investigates the institutions on the fundamental science research evaluation at abroad including NSF, NSERC, DFG, RAE, JSPS, and so on. Then it makes an analysis from aspects of the evaluation mode, the evaluation of the project goal, the application of "unknown person", expert groups, multi-disciplines and the environment of innovation. Then in the view of intelligence, the authors point out the existing problems in the fundamental research evaluation and proposes some advices due to the status-quo of fundamental research in China. |
