| 摘 要： | 通过对公共图书馆现状的分析,指出现有公共图书馆服务模式中存在的缺陷以及造成这些缺陷的原因。认为公共图书馆个性化服务的软设计是提高居民阅读意识的重要环节之一,在此基础上提出构建公共图书馆"创意店"的构想,为读者提供4C服务,让每一位居民公平、便捷、充分地享受和利用好图书馆资源。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the current situation of public library, this paper points out the defects in the service mode of public library and the influencing factor. The soft design of personalized service of public library is the important part to raise the users' reading consciousness. This paper raises the conception of constructing "Idea Stores" in public library, which provides readers with high-quality service, and everyone will enjoy library resources fairly, easily and fully. |
