| 摘 要： | 对国外的34所iSchools成员院校的LIS教育人才培养现状进行网络调查,主要从学科设置、入学条件、培养目标、培养方式、培养内容、培养方式、培养要求及质量评估与认证等方面进行阐述,通过比较分析发现iSchools院校LIS人才培养模式在各个方面的特点以及共性,最后得到对我国LIS教育人才培养的启示,以期为其未来发展提供某些参考。

| Abstract: | This paper makes an online investigation of LIS education personnel training of 34 foreign iSchools members. It mainly expounds the subject setting, admission requirement, cultivation objective, cultivation method, cultivation content, cultivation requirements, quality assessment and certification of these schools, and finds the characteristic and similarity in all aspects through the comparative analysis. Finally, it puts forward enlightenment to the Chinese LIS education personnel training, in order to provide reference for its further development. |
