| 摘 要： | 首先对智慧城市的演进历程及发展特征进行分析,从发展的角度对国内外智慧城市建设现状进行归纳总结,分析我国智慧城市演进中遇到的瓶颈,论证智慧城市信息服务平台对智慧城市的演进和发展所起到的关键基础性作用;在此基础上,提出智慧城市信息服务平台构建的模型,分析平台核心能力构建的内容及构建中存在的影响因素。期望本研究在理论和实践层面对推动我国智慧城市发展进程起到指导作用。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the evolution progress and development characteristics of smart city, and summarizes the constructing status of smart city in domestic and foreign from the perspective of development. Then it analyzes the bottleneck of evolution of Chinese smart city, and demonstrates the key basic role of information service platform to promote its evolution and development. Based on these, it proposes model of information services platform of smart city, and analyzes the content of constructing core capacity and influences factors. It has guiding significance for the development process in the level of theory and practices. |
