| 摘 要： | 认为抽样框确立方式的局限性主要来自网络数据库、网站/网页目录列表、搜索引擎等方面,导致抽样框容易产生偏差或样本不具有代表性;抽样方法的局限性主要是非概率抽样应用较多却在估计抽样误差方面有明显不足,概率抽样的应用有下降趋势。建议结合使用多种方式确立抽样框,利用元搜索引擎搜集信息;而抽样方法的确立应尽量使用概率抽样,其中分层抽样和多阶段抽样是比较可行的。

| Abstract: | This paper holds that the limitations in sampling frame establishment mainly lay in network database, website / webpagedirectory listings, search engine, etc. This results in sampling frame generating deviation easily or its sample being not representative. The main limitations in sampling method lay in two aspects: more non-probability sampling was used but had significant deficiencies in the sampling error estimating; the application of probability sampling takes on a downward trend. This paper proposed combination of a variety of methods in establishing sampling frame, and using meta-search engines to collect information, and also proposed to use probability sampling as much as possible in sampling method establishment, among them stratified sampling and multistage sampling is feasible. |
