| 摘 要： | 针对学科与机构评价活动常见的被评价机构层级划分问题,提出一种基于黄金分割法的三层级划分方法。该方法有深厚的理论依据,与大多数评价者选择的层级数量相符,且具体计算与操作过程简单方便。对ESI的4个学科的评价实践表明,该方法可以很方便地对降序排列的被评价机构划分层级,并且三个层级之间的各项指标值呈现一定的比例关系。在总被引次数方面,排序从高到低的三个层级之间大体为2∶1∶1的关系。

| Abstract: | Referring to the common problem about the division of institutions in discipline evaluation and institutional evaluation, the authors present a 3-level division based on the golden section method. This method is simple and convenient to calculate and process the raw data based on a profound theoretical basis, and the result is similar to the number of levels processed by most researchers. The application in four disciplines of ESI has proven that this method can be easily used to divide the evaluated institutions into three levels which are sorted in descending order. And there is some relationship between the three levels sorted by each indicator. There exists a ratio of 2:1:1 among the three levels sorted by total citations. |
