| 摘 要： | 企业技术情报服务平台的建设可满足企业开展技术竞争情报、开展技术创新、高层提供决策等宏观需求。将Web2.0的理念和技术引入到情报服务平台，从用户、资源、服务、管理等4个方面进行平台的功能需求分析；以SOA架构为基础构建情报服务平台的5层系统架构，并从资源层、服务层、管理层等方面，对企业技术情报服务平台的实现进行实践研究；最后讨论技术情报服务平台的实施和应用。
