| 摘 要： | 指出从规模经济、文献信息的公共产品属性及其外部性三个角度来讲，电子文献共享都是一种更有效率的选择。分析在特定定价模式下的两种可能的共享模式，提出文献信息资源的集中许可与共享模式，以文献用户的需求相似度为共享联盟的形成基础，以提高科研人员的文献可及性为目标，在理论上可以提高现有文献信息资源的获取效率，进而提高研究者的研发效率。
