| 摘 要： | 从基于社会网络的企业知识共享理论研究出发，选取中兴公司网络技术支持部门为案例，从企业内部人员的组织关系与网络结构方面，用社会网络分析法对这种独特视角下的知识共享流程进行细致地分析。得出以下结论：社会网络及其方法能够运用于企业知识共享的实践中，对企业内部知识共享有积极的指导作用。

| Abstract: | This paper begins with the theoretical research of the enterprise knowledge-sharing based on social network, and selects the network technical support department of ZTE for the case to carefully analyze the knowledge-sharing process under the unique social network perspective. We found that social networks and methods could be applied in the practice of enterprise knowledge sharing, and also provide positive guidance to it. |
