| 摘 要： | 回顾我国科教文卫4个行业的公益性信息资源开发利用发展现状，总结我国公益性信息资源开发利用的4种基本模式，即配置-共享模式、保存-传递模式、挖掘-支撑模式、服务-增值模式，并对4种基本模式在上述4个行业中的具体应用和基本特点进行论述。
