| 摘 要： | 回顾我国企业参与公益性信息资源开发利用的发展历程和主要类型，总结目前我国企业参与公益性信息资源开发利用活动存在的若干不足之处，包括社会关注度有待提高、沟通渠道尚未建立、管理制度不完善、缺乏对公益性信息资源使用和管理的必要监督等。针对上述问题，提出构建我国企业参与公益性信息资源开发利用的四大长效机制，包括宣传机制、管理机制、激励机制和监督机制等。
