| 摘 要： | 图书馆权利是指在信息源—图书馆—信息受众的信息资源流动过程中三方权
利的制衡关系。图书馆权利包括信息源权利、图书馆自身权利、受众权利三部分内容。
权利冲突集中体现在受众接受信息和接受服务的两个过程中。通过对图书馆权利冲突的
内涵外延、问题实质、产生原因及解决办法的分析，揭示图书馆权利冲突的特殊性、复
杂性和多角度性，从而思考如何真正解决图书馆各方权利冲突的问题，以期为图书馆事
业打造一个真正的自由空间。

| Abstract: | Library rights refers to the check and balance among tripartite
rights which exist in the information source, library and information
audiences. It contains three parts: information source rights, library own
rights and audiences?rights. The rights conflict mainly exists in the course
of the audiences?accepting information and enjoying the services. This paper
attempts to reveal the specialization, complexity and multiplicity of the
library rights by analyzing the following aspects of the library rights
conflict: the conflict's intention and extension, the essence and reasons of
the problems and its solutions, so that the paper can form a real free space
for the research works of libraries by supplying the solutions of each side
rights conflict problems. |
