| 摘 要： | 通过阐述图书馆“职业化”进程，引出目前图书馆界存在的“去职业化”现象。深入分析其产生的内外部原因及“去职业化”在图书馆中的具体表现，提出尽管图书馆员“去职业化”可以提高图书馆的工作效率、增加图书馆员专业多样性，但还存在着如图书馆业务质量降低、图书馆核心能力下降等重要问题。基于以上观点，从图书馆具体工作、图书馆学教育和职业资格认证等角度提出应对图书馆员“去职业化”的应对措施。
