| 摘 要： | 知识供应链模型以崭新的视域应用于图书馆知识服务，有效地促进人力资源和知识资源的整合，加速隐性知识的显性化、转移和共享，提高知识的增值和创新。在应用知识供应链模型进行图书馆知识服务时，应强化知识服务技术、搭建联盟互动的平台，并建立合理的组织结构、构建和谐的人文环境，最大限度的实现图书馆知识资源的共享、增值和创新。
