| 摘 要： | 在问卷调查数据与随机访谈的基础上，从关注信息内容、学术信息需求类型与途径、需求障碍及个性化服务需求等方面分析Web2.0环境下研究生学术信息需求行为。接着，从信息需求认知、内容、渠道三方面构建学术信息需求行为模型。并基于其立体层次性，探讨学术信息服务策略，利用各种社会性软件工具搭建集成性学术信息服务平台，以促进研究生科研质量与创新能力的提高。
