自助式咨询知识库的组织设计

摘    要:以无人值守启发式咨询知识库为例,基于用户问题需求,宏观上将用户自助式咨询系统知识库分成四部分:咨询问题分类、已知条件分类、信息资源类型、检索技巧类型。微观上通过列举咨询问题组织设计样例,提出自助式咨询知识库问题分类、问题组织及设计中应遵循的几个原则。系统设计时,通过页链分析与检查,确保知识库动态更新时,不会因为页面删除而产生悬空页。

Abstract:The paper takes unmanned heuristic reference knowledge database as example. Based on reader’s problem, virtual reference knowledge database of self-service is divided four sections macroscopic: reader’s problem classification , known term classification ,resources classification, retrieval technique classification. On microcosmic structure respect, based on enumerating an example of reader’s problems organization and designing, the paper proposed the rules of reader’s problem classification and organization and designing of the virtual reference knowledge database of self-service. By means of analyzing and examing the page link, the system can guarantee there is no empty page when delete one page. So the knowledge database can update dynamic.
