| 摘 要： | 殷墟窖藏甲骨是我国迄今可考的最早档案馆和广义意义上的最早图书馆，是研究我国图书馆学思想起源的首选材料。殷墟窖藏甲骨奠定了后世文献集藏思想的基础，该思想的核心是通过文献集藏，在现实和观念两个层面上为王权政治服务。现实层面上，主要是通过对文献的有意集藏而保存“来自于已逝去了的祖先的智慧”，直接为行政施政提供指导；观念层面上，主要是通过对文献神圣性的宣示而强调拥有文献生产权和保管权的皇室政权的合法性。由此形成我国古代图书馆学思想兼具现实和观念双重内涵的独特个性，与单纯执着于现实层面的西方式的现代图书馆学思想迥然而别。
