| 摘 要： | 在文献综述的基础上将影响基于云式创造力的高校图书馆服务自主创新虚拟团队中隐性知识共享的因素概括为6类，并构建基于云式创造力的高校图书馆服务自主创新虚拟团队隐性知识共享机制模型。同时，以国内206个公立高校图书馆为样本，对模型进行实证检验。研究发现：共享实效、团队合作、知识共享主体、领导支持和环境等5个方面对隐性知识共享有直接的正向显著影响。其中，共享实效的影响最大。本研究另一个重要发现在于高校图书馆服务自主创新虚拟团队中个人的不安全感将会丧失，这对于高校图书馆服务自主创新虚拟团队隐性知识共享是极为有利的。
