| 摘 要： | 首先，采用文献调研法、德尔菲法和层次分析法，从知识产权投入、成果、运用、管理和保护活动四方面构建基于知识产权的长株潭城市群综合评价体系。然后，从实际应用出发，对长(沙)株(洲)(湘)潭城市群国家综合配套改革试验区做实证分析和综合评价研究。最后，提出提高长株潭城市群知识产权制度运行绩效，促进区域竞争力提升的系列政策和建议。这些政策建议以案例和数据分析为依据，具有针对性和实际参考意义。
