| 摘 要： | 从基于过程的知识地图的假设出发，揭示其要么集中在显性知识的组合上，要么集中在隐性知识的外在化过程上，而对于知识共享的典型形式——隐性知识社会化却缺乏关注，因而具有一定的局限性。在此基础上，对基于过程的知识地图作了某种程度的补充和修正，提出隐性知识地图的概念，对它在克服上述局限方面作了分析，并对其构建步骤和应注意的关键点作了初步探索。

| Abstract: | Abstract〕Through analyzing the assumption of the process-based knowledge map, this paper points out its limits. The process-based knowledge map emphasizes both the combination of explicit knowledges and the externalization from tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge. But it is short of attention to the socialization from tacit knowledge to tacit knowledge——a typical model of knowledge share. Then the paper puts forward an idea about tacit knowledge map, and thinks that tacit knowledge map can develop and renew the process-based knowledge map in a way, and also analyses the predominance of the tacit knowledge map. |
