| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]在“互联网+”环境以及建立和完善推动公共文化服务均等化政策的背景下，调研我国省级公共图书馆公益讲座的现状并分析其存在的问题，以期提高其适应新环境、利用新技术服务于广大公众的水平。方法/过程]利用文献调研法、网络调研法、问卷调查法、电话访谈法等方法对我国省级公共图书馆公益讲座的开展情况进行调查，基于调研数据分析现阶段存在的问题，并就“互联网+”环境下如何开展省级公共图书馆公益讲座提出相应的建议。结果/结论]省级公共图书馆公益讲座可利用“互联网+”的理论与技术，从以下方面予以完善：施行讲座数字化管理、强化讲座互动式宣传、创新讲座特色化选题、推动讲座开放式共享等。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] In the environment of "Internet+" and based on the policy background of equalization of public cultural services, the paper aims at investigating and analyzing the current situation and existing problems of the public-spirited lecture in the provincial public library, to improve its adaptation to the new environment and the level of serving the general public with new technology.Method/process] Through the methods of literature research, online research, questionnaire, telephone interviews and others, this paper investigates the present situation of public-spirited lectures in provincial public libraries, analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions on developing the public-spirited lectures in provincial public libraries.Result/conclusion] Based on the theory of Internet+, the provincial public library can perfect the public-spirited lectures from the following aspects, such as developing the digital management, strengthening the interactive advertising, innovating the characteristic topics, promoting the open sharing. |
