摘    要:目的/意义] 厘清转型时期高校图书馆员专业学习过程中存在的问题,以便更好地改善高校图书馆员专业发展的路径和方式。方法/过程] 通过问卷调查对高校图书馆员的专业学习现状进行统计分析。结果/结论] 高校图书馆领导层对馆员专业学习的引领意识薄弱、规划不足;高校图书馆专业学习主体的层次感和多样性有待进一步改善;高校图书馆员专业学习过程中学习内容的针对性有待加强、互动性有待提升;高校图书馆员应增强对新技术快速学习和应用的意识、加速学习成果的转化并提高理论创新的水平。

Abstract:Purpose/significance] To clarify the problems in the university librarians' professional learning during the transformation period is helpful to improve the professional development of university librarians.Method/process] The present situation about the university librarians' professional learning is discussed by statistics and data analysis through a questionnaire survey.Result/conclusion] University library leadership are weak in leading consciousness for librarians' professional learning and lack of planning to librarians' professional learning. The administrative levels and diversity of professional study subject in university library remains to be further improved. The pertinence of learning content needs to be strengthened and interactive need to be promoted in the process of the university librarians' professional learning. The consciousness of fast learning and application about new technology should be enhanced, and the transformation of learning outcomes should be accelerated, and the level of theoretical innovation should be improved by the university librarians.
