| 摘 要： | 目的/意义] 在协同创新的时代背景下，从成员结构、组织模式、服务内容等多方面分析目前国内跨系统区域图书馆联盟服务协同创新的可行性与局限性，并提出相应的建议与策略。方法/过程] 结合实地调研、网络调研和文献调研等多种方法，对国内面向区域协同创新服务的跨系统区域图书馆联盟进行资料收集和分析。结果/结论] 研究表明：目前国内跨系统区域图书馆联盟存在着规模扩大与资金有限的矛盾，缺乏凝聚力、条块分割现象明显，缺乏信息服务的横向协同与合作等。基于上述问题，结合协同创新活动的特点及创新主体的需求，提出服务协同创新体系的跨系统区域图书馆联盟发展策略。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] Under the background of collaborative innovation, this paper analyzes the feasibility and limitations of current domestic cross-system regional library consortia which provides service for collaborative innovation from alliance structure, organization form and service content. And it puts forward counter measures and suggestions. Method/process] Combining the research methods such as face to face interviews, web site research and literature research, it obtains detailed data on the development of cross-system regional library consortia. Result/conclusion] Studies suggest that current domestic cross-system regional library consortia still exists some problems such as the contradiction between scale and limited funds, regional segmentation phenomenon and lack of horizontal collaboration. According to these problems, combining the characteristics of collaborative innovation and demands of Innovation subjects, this paper studies the development strategy of the cross-system regional library consortia which provides service for the collaborative innovation system. |
