| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]针对我国高校图书馆移动参考咨询服务的发展,对其需求空间做初步探究,提出高校图书馆移动参考咨询服务的发展策略。方法/过程]通过德尔文意义需求理论及模型的分析,将移动参考咨询服务划分为:移动信息咨询、移动导读推广及移动检索教育服务,建立移动参考咨询服务需求的调查框架,对移动参考咨询服务的读者需求进行调查。结果/结论]研究发现,样本读者对移动参考咨询服务整体需求较高,对其内容需求广泛,其中对移动检索教育的需求最多。高校图书馆应从服务升级、拓展创新、人才培养、个性化服务等方面做好移动参考咨询服务。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance]This paper aims to explore the demand space of mobile reference service in university libraries of China, and put forward strategies for development of mobile reference service in university libraries.Method/process]Through the analysis of Dervin's meaning demand theory and model, mobile reference service is divided into three aspects, respectively mobile information consulting, mobile introduction promotion and mobile searching education.Investigation framework for the mobile reference service demand is established.Readers'demands for mobile reference service are investigated.The research shows readers have a high demand for mobile reference service as a whole.The demand contents are very extensive.The readers have a higher enthusiasm on the demand for mobile searching education.Result/conclusion]The university library should perfect the mobile reference service from different aspects, including service upgrading, innovation expansion, personnel training, personalized service, and so on. |
