| 摘 要： | 目的/意义] 通过对商务网络信息生态链耗散结构及其演化和价值形成机理进行分析，使商务网络信息生态链价值形成的研究得到进一步发展和完善，进而丰富商务网络信息生态链的理论体系。方法/过程] 在分析商务网络信息生态链耗散结构特征的基础上，首先构建商务网络信息生态链耗散结构模型并进行详细地阐述，利用耗散结构理论研究商务网络信息生态链耗散结构的演化过程，最后分析商务网络信息生态链价值形成的动因和价值形成模式的演化路径。结果/结论] 研究发现，商务网络信息生态链在本质上就是一个耗散系统，具有开放性、非平衡态、非线性和涨落等耗散结构特征。在其耗散结构的演化过程中，商务网络信息生态链价值形成不仅受到主观动因的拉动，同时还受到客观动因的推动，使商务网络信息生态链价值形成向着更高效、更增值的方向演化，其价值形成模式的演化路径为：价值链→价值星系→价值网。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] With the analysis of the dissipative structure and its evolution and the value formation mechanism of business network information ecological chain, this paper aims at further developing and improving study of value formation of business network information ecological chain, and enriching the theoretical system of business network information ecological chain. Method/process] On the basis of analyzing the dissipative structure characteristics of business network information ecological chain, this paper firstly constructs the dissipative structure model of the business network information ecosystem in details, then using dissipative structure theory studies the evolution processes of the dissipative structure of the business network information ecosystem, and finally based on the value chain theory analyzes the reason of value formation and value formation model evolution path. Result/conclusion] The study finds that business network information ecosystem is a dissipative system in essence and has dissipative structure features such as openness, nonequilibrium, nonlinearity and fluctuation etc. In the evolution process of its dissipative structure, value formation is not only driven by subjective factors, but also driven by objective factors. It makes value formation evolution in the direction of the more efficient, more value-added and its value formation model evolution path is:the value chain→value constellation→value net. |
