摘    要:目的/意义]在"互联网+"与教学大环境下,提出一种基于教学周期视角的高校图书馆教学支持服务模式,以促进高校图书馆从传统的"资源中心"向"知识学习中心"转变,适应网络翻转课程,做大学教学活动的积极合作者。方法/过程]利用文献调查、专家访谈,实地调研悉尼大学、清华大学图书馆教学支持服务,提出高校图书馆CCQP教学支持服务模式。结果/结论]通过改革资源建设方案、落实教参服务、监控教学服务质量和协助教师提升专业水平分别支持教学规划、实施、评估和反思,总结模式的实现要素、创新性以及不足,提出下一步的研究规划。

Abstract:Purpose/significance]In the "Internet+" and teaching environment, this paper puts forward a kind of teaching support service model of university library based on the teaching cycle perspective, to promote the transformation of university library from traditional "resource center" to new "knowledge learning center", to adapt to the network curriculum, and to act as the active partner of university teaching activities.Method/process]Using the literature investigation, expert interview, and field investigation on the teaching support services of university of Sydney and Tsinghua university library, it proposes the CCQP teaching support service model of university library.Result/conclusion]Through reforming the collection development, carrying out the course reserve, monitoring the teaching service quality and assisting the teachers' professional development, respectively to support the teaching planning, implementation, evaluation and reflection, it sums up the realization elements, innovation and insufficient of the model, and proposes the next research planning.
