摘    要:以柴门霍夫效应的基本理论作为探讨图书馆专业人才培养的切入点,分析当今学术界和社会对图书馆专业人才评价过程中存在的种种徧颇认识,通过柴门霍夫效应理论在整个人才成长中的基本规律,探索出一条适合当今图书馆专业人才的培养途径,进而建立一套科学的人才评价体系,为创立图书馆专业人才培养软环境提供较为全面、以人为本的理论指导,为推动我国图书馆专业人才培养机制的科学性奠定良好的基础。

Abstract:Taking the effect of Zamenhof as a breakthrough point, this paper discusses the concepts of training personnel for library and analyses the prejudice in the evaluation of professional personnel for library in today’s academia and society. It explores a proper training method for today’s library professional personnel based on the basic law of the effect of Zamenh during the adult stage, then it establishes a scientific evalutation system for personnel. This will provide good environment for training and express a true meaning of people oriented as theory guidance,so as to lay a scientific foundation and practical guide for further promotion of professional library personnel training system in China.
